BROKEN MIRROR EFFECT TUTORIAL

I would like to thank Sharon Milne and Kate McInnes of Vector Tuts Plus for having published my tutorial on a broken mirror effect. This is a very helpful site for learning Illustrator and I am glad I found this such creative community.     After I initially commented I appear to have clicked
    the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox
    and from now on whenever a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment.
    Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?
